The high-performance EXBA18V-40 Expert battery delivers up to 2000 W of peak power for demanding tasks (in-house test data; instantaneous peak power with a fully charged new battery) in the most compact housing. It uses innovative cell technology without terminals, while conventional batteries are based on multi-contact cells where only two connection points are used to transmit current. This creates a bottleneck that increases battery resistance. Terminal-free battery technology solves this bottleneck. Instead of just two current channels, the battery has countless parallel current channels. The result: lower resistance, less heat, impressive power, and outstanding energy density.

If the product is registered on the Bosch website, the warranty of an EXPERT series machine is extended to a total of 5 years for both private and business customers.
