Private customer: 2 years
Business customer: 1 year
If the product is registered on the Bosch website, the warranty is extended to 3 years for both private and business customers.

If the product is registered on the Green Bosch website, the warranty is extended to 3 years for both private and business customers.

Warranty for Bosch EXPERT Series machines
Private customer: 2 years
Business customer: 1 year
If the product is registered on the Bosch website, the warranty for EXPERT Series machines is extended to a total of 5 years for both private and business customers.

Registration is possible only within 4 weeks of purchase. The warranty certificate issued after registration must be kept, as it may be needed in case of a warranty claim.

A consumer (natural person) has the right, in accordance with the consumer protection laws applicable in the Republic of Lithuania, to submit a claim to the seller regarding non-conformity of goods with the contract within 2 years from the date the goods were received.
