Cordless planer HLC 82: when power meets planing quality.
The handy cordless planer HLC 82 is your reliable companion on the construction site and in the workshop for quick adjustments. Chamfering beams, edge transitions on timber frame walls, rebate profiles on doors, adjusting skirting boards or fitting strips: with the cordless planer, you are flexible in your application.
High power.
The brushless EC-TEC motor ensures high torque – so you always have consistently high power when planing with maximum chip depth.
The motor operates highly efficiently, saves energy and ensures a particularly long service life for your cordless planer.
Excellent planing quality, less sanding.
With the handy cordless planer HLC 82, you can quickly and reliably achieve a fine surface structure without visible planing marks on the surface. This means you'll have to plan much less time for post-sanding in the future. This is made possible by the spiral blade, which is mounted at an angle and peels the wood in a material- and tool-friendly way. Another advantage: The spiral blade also ensures reduced noise levels.
Versatile applications – and thanks to the removable chamfer sole.
A rebate depth of 25 mm for particularly deep rebate profiles, 3 integrated V-grooves for easy chamfering of workpieces and a removable chamfer sole make the cordless planer a versatile companion in your daily work.
The biggest advantage of the chamfer sole: a stable support surface ensures significantly faster progress in your work.
Flawless work results
The HLC 82 works with a pull cut, which ensures particularly fine planing. This is made possible by the spiral blade, which is mounted at an angle and peels the wood in a material- and tool-friendly way. Another advantage: an 82 mm planing width for a particularly uniform result.
Removable chamfer sole
The wide and stable support surface of the removable chamfer sole allows precise and long chamfers to be made in beams and square timber.
Versatile applications
A rebate depth of 25 mm allows for a variety of applications; even with the rebate depth stop, the maximum rebate depth is still 23 mm.
Precise chamfering
The three different 90° V-grooves in the planer sole ensure that boards and beams slide smoothly like on rails when chamfering – without slipping or deviating.
Easy and precise adjustment of chip depth
The chip depth can be precisely adjusted in the range of 0–2.5 mm.
Adjustment and control of the chip depth are also possible during operation.
Simple and light handling
The Softgrip surface on the handle allows comfortable working both horizontally and vertically.
Additional ribs ensure an even better grip.
The low weight makes handling even easier.
Two different suction channels for different applications
The pre-installed longer dust extraction channel is suitable for planing work with a vacuum cleaner or for short-term use with a dust bag.
The short dust extraction channel is suitable for continuous use with maximum chip thickness, especially where a vacuum cleaner or dust bags cannot be used.
EC-TEC motor
Ensures powerful and energy-efficient operation and a long service life.
