The HLC 82 works with a pull cut, which ensures particularly fine planing. This is made possible by the spiral blade, which is mounted at an angle and removes wood in a material- and tool-friendly way. Another advantage: an 82 mm planing width for a particularly uniform result.

Removable chamfer sole
The wide and stable support surface of the removable chamfer sole allows precise and long chamfers to be made in beams and square timber.

Versatile applications
A rebate depth of 25 mm allows for a variety of applications; even with the rebate depth stop, the maximum rebate depth is still 23 mm.

Precise chamfering
The three different 90° V-grooves in the planer sole ensure that boards and beams slide smoothly like on rails when chamfering – without slipping or deviating.

Easy and precise adjustment of chip depth
The chip depth can be precisely adjusted in the range of 0–2.5 mm.
Adjustment and control of the chip depth are also possible during operation.

Easy and light handling
The Softgrip surface on the handle allows comfortable working both horizontally and vertically.
Additional ribs ensure an even better grip.

Two different extraction channels for different applications
The already installed longer extraction channel is suitable for planing work with a vacuum cleaner or for short use with a dust bag.
