Main applications:
Finishing sanding of lacquers, wood and plastics
Pre-sanding for polishing
Final sanding of mineral materials
Sanding of high-gloss surfaces for polishing
Sanding of wood surfaces for waxing
Final sanding of fillers
The eccentric sander ETS 150/3 is a favorite for fine sanding and ultra-fine sanding. As a lightweight device in its class, it achieves the highest surface quality with a 3 mm sanding stroke at high power thanks to MMC Electronic.
Whether working horizontally, vertically or overhead, the ETS 150/3 adapts to all hand movements with Softgrip and an ergonomic handle.
Extremely smooth running, stepless speed adjustment even during sanding and a safe pad brake make the ETS the ideal device for perfect surfaces.
Very handy and comfortable
Small weight, compactness, Softgrip handle cover and ergonomic handle ensure low-fatigue work with one- and two-handed operation.
Clean work, free view
Strong dust extraction and a completely tight hose connection ensure practically dust-free operation. Clear view for flawless sanding and the best health protection.
Lower abrasive consumption, lower total costs
The patented MULTI-JETSTREAM sanding system is a unique system that works with intake and exhaust air. This creates an air flow that actively transports sanding dust to the nearest suction channel. Result: almost 100% dust extraction ensures consistently strong sanding, maximum surface quality and a significantly longer service life of the Velcro fastener and abrasive.
Constant number of revolutions
MMC Electronic controls the soft start, adapts the speed to the material and keeps it constant. Optimal sanding results are ensured.
Long service life
The dust-proof, very powerful ball bearing absorbs even the strongest impacts and lasts significantly longer than conventional ball bearings.
Optimal quality surface
The unique pad brake prevents the sanding pad from rotating. This avoids sanding marks on contact with the surface. For safe and flawless sanding without rework.
For quick device changes
Thanks to the plug it system, the device can be changed quickly – directly from the cable, not from the socket or the vacuum cleaner: one cable for all devices. If the cable breaks, a quick cable change is not a problem.
Non-tiring work
VibrationsStopp ensures smooth running, stress-free work and generally greater work performance.
Antistatic function
Mobile vacuum cleaners and machines against the formation of static charge during operation with the antistatic function.
MMC electronic multi-material control
Working suitable for the material: Power electronics "Multi Material Control" with adjustable, constant rotational speed and temperature monitoring.
MULTI-JETSTREAM 2
Sanding with built-in dust extraction. Based on the patented MULTI-JETSTREAM 2 principle.
MPE sanding pad
Sanding pads and sanding discs made of extremely wear-resistant material for a longer service life.
Vibration stop
Patented VS balancing to ensure optimally smooth work during sanding and thus health-preserving work.
plug it
Removable, replaceable mains cable with safety lock for quick equipment changes.
Turbo dust extraction
Turbo dust extraction ensures clean, dust-free air and a free field of vision during operation.
StickFix STF
Quick-closing principle for attaching abrasives – without glue and clamps – for greater economy.
