Festool Insulation Material Cutting Blade SG-240/W-ISC

Main Applications:
Insulation of intermediate beams
Wooden frame construction
Timber construction
For cutting up to 240 mm of flexible mineral fiber and natural fiber insulation materials
Not suitable for pressure-resistant wood fiber insulation materials

The serrated edge cutting blade is ideal for cutting flexible insulation materials such as mineral wool and natural fiber.
The combination of one fixed and one moving serrated edge blade, along with an innovative adjustment mechanism at the cutting tool edge, allows optimal adaptation to different flexible insulation materials.

Easy tool-free installation on battery-powered insulation material saw.
Usable for material thicknesses up to 240 mm.
The tower at the end of the cutting set protects the serrated edge blade and the base surface from unwanted damage.
For guided cuts, it can be connected to the guide rail sled.
Easy replacement of the serrated edge blade.
The blade position can be adjusted based on the material.
The serrated edge blade is inductively reinforced.

For the ISC 240 EB device.
