With the pre-cutter plunge saw TSV 60 K, we have achieved this goal. Sawing without tearing on both sides is now possible with the first cut. Together with the integrated KickbackStop, you protect yourself and the material being processed from dangerous kickbacks and, thanks to the appropriate Festool system accessories, you can work at any time mobile, precisely and according to dimensions. The TSV 60 K also guarantees workshop quality on the construction site - similar to a stationary machine.

Built-in pre-cutter module
Ensures tear-free cuts on both sides with the first cut. This means that the cutting edges are immediately ready for further processing.

Pre-cutter diamond saw blade
Ensures a very long service life and consistently ideal cutting quality.

Pre-cutter module track and depth adjustment
The pre-cutter saw blade can be precisely adjusted to achieve a tear-free cutting edge.

Switching the pre-cutter on and off
Depending on the application, the pre-cutter can be conveniently activated or deactivated.

Excellent results
If you fix the guide rail with clamping screws and tool-free adjustable guide blocks, the TSV 60 K moves on the guide rail completely without play.

Safer thanks to the unique KickbackStop
The built-in KickbackStop reduces the risk of injury or damage to the workpiece caused by kickback when sawing or plunging the saw blade into the workpiece. The saw can be used immediately after stopping without having to replace anything and without additional costs.

Cutting with FSK in small format
The plunge saw TSV 60 K can also be connected to the cross-cut rail FSK, which allows cross-cuts to be made quickly, mobile and with precise angles.

Constantly high cutting performance
Thanks to the brushless EC-TEC motor, the TSV 60 K is practically maintenance-free and extremely powerful. The brushless EC-TEC motor, which runs at high speeds of 6800 min-1, is the key to success - work progresses quickly and no force needs to be applied.

Precise work even with corner cuts
The pre-cutter module moves along when turning. Tear-free mitre cuts from 90° to 45°.

Even more convenient saw blade replacement
The main saw blade FastFix spindle lock and the pre-cutter saw blade additional spindle lock make it easy to change the saw blade. Thanks to the compact and well-thought-out design, the saw can be placed on its side, which makes it easier to change the saw blade.

Optimal guidance on plunge cuts
Good view of the saw blade thanks to the transparent and movable viewing opening and additional markings for the starting and end points, which are now also on the right side of the machine. In addition, there are markings for plunging in the pre-cutter saw blade plunge area.

Precise depth adjustment of the plunge saw
The possibility of improved cutting depth adjustment with a double pointer and fine adjustment ensures precise adjustment. Improved handling and parallax-free reading become standard.

By combining our guide rails, numerous saw blades, a customized vacuum cleaner, a saw bench worktop and an angle stop, we offer a first-class sawing system. With the edge gluing machine CONTURO, you can immediately continue processing the cutting edges.
