KNIPEX CutiX Universal Knife: A unique blade stabilizer and magnesium body break-off blade knife

Versatile, ergonomic, lightweight and durable

An innovative, variably extendable stabilizing rod makes the KNIPEX CutiX universal knife (90 10 165 BK) the ideal tool for diverse and comfortable tasks! When the stabilizing rod is extended, even the extended break-off blade remains strong, allowing safe pressure to be applied to the back of the blade, for example with the thumb. This makes scraping, for example, particularly comfortable. When the stabilizing rod is retracted, the blade remains flexible, allowing cuts in hard-to-reach corners. The separate sliders for the blade and stabilizing rod are flat and do not protrude from the body. Advantage: The slim break-off blade knife is about 165 mm long and sits comfortably and ergonomically in the hand, without the slider being accidentally activated.

Magnesium body – particularly durable and lightweight

As a body material, Knipex has chosen a magnesium alloy for its durability and light weight. This strong metal is about a third lighter than aluminum. Thanks to this, the 165 mm long KNIPEX CutiX universal knife weighs only about 111 grams – being as light as a plastic knife, but more durable than an aluminum knife.

Smart design for optimal handling

Flexible grip thanks to multiple slip-resistant grip zones! The CutiX can be held firmly in the palm of the hand or between the fingers like a pencil for delicate tasks. The blade holder securely holds the break-off blades in place thanks to a hardened steel pin. The rear end of the handle is securely closed, preventing the slider or blade from slipping out.
