Knipex Super Knips cutting pliers 130 mm, max 1.6 mm

Precision pliers for ultra-precise cutting work, e.g. in electronics and fine mechanics.
Ground, very sharp, chamfer-free cutting edges.
Precisely shaped tips allow cutting wires very close to the surface, starting from Ø 0.2 mm.
Shear cut with controlled micro-alignment - ensures ultra-precise cutting even on the finest wires and extends the life of the tool.
Joint with stainless steel rivet connection.
Extremely smooth movement - reduces user fatigue.
Opening spring and opening limiter.
Equipped with a wire cutter - to prevent the uncontrolled loss of cut ends.
Cutting edges induction hardened, hardness approx. 62 HRC.
Made of special tool steel, blackened (burnished).

Extremely sharp cutting edges, made of induction-hardened special tool steel
Knipex Electronic Super Knips 78 71 125 is made of special tool steel and polished.
The cutting edges are ground without a chamfer to ensure a precise flat cut, and induction hardened to a hardness of about 64 HRC.
Precise cutting for fine wires, even if they are located directly next to housings or components - thanks to the precisely shaped tips.

Work that requires precision and sensitivity: low weight and smooth operation
High precision is required for work on electronic components and fine mechanics.
Thanks to the friction-free opening spring, the pliers move very easily and allow the force to be dosed very precisely - ideal for precision work.
The opening limiter and spring make the work even more comfortable.
The integrated wire catcher prevents the uncontrolled recoil of the cut wire ends - an important safety element, especially when working in the housings of electronic devices.

Special design ensures precise cutting and a long service life
These precision pliers are designed so that the user can fully concentrate on their work, even with prolonged use - without worrying about the tool.
An important detail that ensures a precise shear cut even on the finest wires and at the same time extends the life of the tool is the microscopic displacement of the cutting edges, which prevents the cutting edges from colliding with each other after cutting.
Thanks to the ergonomically shaped multi-component handles, the pliers fit comfortably in the hand even after years of use.
