KNIPEX TubiX® pipe cutter: quick and precise cutting with one hand for copper, brass, and stainless steel pipes

Cut pipes easily: KNIPEX TubiX® pipe cutter – cuts pipes up to 35 mm in diameter and up to 2 mm wall thickness with extremely easy handling.

The KNIPEX TubiX® pipe cutter, with a length of 180 mm, makes everyday work much easier. Copper, brass, and stainless steel pipes with a wall thickness of up to 2 mm and a diameter of 6 to 35 mm (1/4"–1 3/8") can be cut easily with one hand, without much effort. To achieve this, the tool has a QuickLock single quick setting, which independently guides and locks the cutter onto the pipe and positions the cutting wheel precisely for different pipe diameters. How it works: simply place the open TubiX® pipe cutter on the pipe, then position and lock the cutting wheel with the QuickLock single quick setting onto the work surface. To cut the pipe, the tool needs to be rotated, and the contact with the cutting edge can be freely adjusted with the ergonomic thread part.

Added value through smart details

The practical deburring tool is integrated into the cutter head: it can be easily pushed out or completely removed as needed. The TubiX® cutting wheel is made of high-quality ball bearing steel, while the metal body is light and durable magnesium. The spring-loaded, needle-bearing cutting wheel is easily replaceable. The spare wheel is located in the handle cap.

QuickLock pipe cutter: a true KNIPEX patent

The QuickLock one-hand quick setting (silver component in the middle of the illustration with a black clamp) is a key component of the KNIPEX TubiX® pipe cutter. When the black clamp is pressed, the cutting wheel part can be quickly and precisely adjusted to any pipe diameter and automatically locks when released. The cutting wheel is spring-loaded, made of high-quality ball bearing steel, and easily replaceable.
