Diamond-tipped drill bits and hole saws are specially designed for professionals who need to drill exceptionally hard materials such as porcelain, stoneware ceramic tiles, ceramic paving stones, cast iron or fiberglass, which are difficult to drill with conventional hole saws. These hole saws guarantee a first-class result and the longest service life even for the hardest materials.
Limited water supply. These hole saws require only a limited water supply, unlike conventional diamond drills, which require a constant flow of water. Simply dip the drill bit or hole saw in water before cutting each hole and then every 5 seconds during cutting.
Clean holes. Drills clean, precise holes without scratching the outer edges.
Lifespan. We use high-quality diamond to ensure a long service life, which allows for fast cutting, and an excellent solder joint to achieve the best durability.
Durability. A robust alloy material working part that does not bend or deform easily.
Easy residue removal. Offset residue ejection slots facilitate the removal of tightly packed residues.
Universal. Can be used with a drill or angle grinders equipped with a suitable adapter.
How to use with an angle grinder?
1. Screw the grinder adapter M14 to the hole saw and tighten it firmly with a wrench. Then apply the angle grinder spindle lock and fit the adapter directly to the spindle. Tighten firmly with a wrench.
2. If the ceramic tile is not installed on the wall or floor, secure it firmly with a clamp.
3. Dip the tip of the hole saw in water.
4. Turn the angle grinder to full speed. Slowly move the hole saw at a 20–30° angle to the plate, pressing lightly to prevent slipping on the plate. When the hole saw starts cutting the plate and creates a groove, gradually raise the hole saw upwards so that it remains horizontal with the plate.
5. Dip the hole saw in water every 5 seconds.
6. Apply light pressure and an oscillating circular motion during cutting to maximize the life of the tool.
