REMS FG7500 C – For legally regulated exhaust gas measurement.

For exhaust gas measurement during maintenance and service work on all common combustion systems, e.g. gas, oil, pellet heating systems and for legally regulated measurement of the combustion parameters of heating systems.
Approved according to EN 50379 parts 1 and 2.
Battery and mains operation.
Lightweight, handy flue gas sensor with thermocouple, chimney draft sensor, sensor tube Ø 6 mm, length 210 mm. Green LED indicates readiness for operation. Yellow LED for easy determination of the center point draft.
Sensor tube with sensor hose, length 1.4 m, very flexible, with a combined plug system for quick sensor replacement.
Simultaneous measurement of chimney draft and nozzle or combustion chamber pressure eliminates the need for additional measurements.
With accessory kit 150 mbar also for checking the operational condition of gas installations and for pressure and leak testing ≤ 150 hPa/150 mbar.
With accessory kit for 3.5 bar or 25 bar pressure and leak testing ≤ 0.35 MPa/3.5 bar or ≤ 2.5 MPa/25 bar.
The gas processing cartridge is permanently installed in the housing and is therefore protected against impacts. Innovative plug system for easy cleaning of the condensate container and quick filter replacement.

Connected functionality via Bluetooth with the REMS mCon app and via USB with the REMS PC software PC200P.

REMS flue gas analyzers, pressure and tightness testing devices send data to the REMS mCon app if a Bluetooth connection is available.
The following functions, among others, are available on the connected mobile device (smartphone, tablet):
remote display for monitoring the process
saving measurement and customer data
importing customer data from mobile device contacts and CSV files
uploading and saving pictures of measurement processes
creating measurement and inspection reports with the company logo
direct sending of measurement/inspection reports by e-mail

Connected function via USB
If a USB connection is established, the following functions are available via the REMS PC200P computer software:
creating and saving customer data
saving measurement and inspection data
creating measurement/inspection reports with the company logo
transmitting customer data to the measuring device
