Sauter hardness tester HK-DB

A precision measuring instrument used to measure the hardness of materials.
Designed for industrial and scientific use and is ideal for testing various metals and alloys
Known for its reliability, ease of use and accurate measurement results, being an ideal choice for quality control and material research.
Standard external impact sensor (type D).
All measurement directions (360°) are possible thanks to the automatic compensation function.
Mini-statistics function: displays the measured result, average value, impact direction, date and time.
Automatic unit conversion: the measurement result is automatically converted to all specified hardness units.
Measurement with a tolerance range (limit setting function): The upper and lower limits can be programmed individually. The process is supported by an audio and visual signal
Matrix screen: a backlit multifunctional screen for all relevant functions.
Strong metal housing.

Measuring method and scale:
The Sauter HK-DB works on the Leeb method, which is widely used in the metal industry.
The Leeb method is based on measuring the energy loss when the impact body hits the surface of the material.
The device displays results in several scales, including HL, HB, HRB, HRC, HV and HS, which allows you to measure hardness according to various standards.

Wide measuring range:
The tester can measure hardness on different scales and is designed to meet demanding industrial needs, being adapted for hard and soft metal.

Digital screen:
With a clear and readable digital screen that displays measurement results in real time.
The screen is user-friendly and easy to read even in different lighting conditions, making it easy and convenient to quickly read the measurement results.

Memory and data storage:
Built-in memory that allows you to save measurement results. This feature is important if you need to analyze or document data later, which is useful in quality control and laboratory conditions.

Data transfer and connectivity:
The device supports a USB connection, allowing measurement results to be easily exported to a computer.
This feature is useful for data analysis and documentation, providing an effective solution for archiving measurement results.

Portable and durable design:
Compact and light, making it easy to carry and use in different industrial environments.
The durable construction ensures reliability even in harsh working conditions, such as factories and construction sites.

Automatic shutdown and energy saving function:
With an automatic shutdown function that extends battery life. This feature helps save energy when the device is not in use, making it a practical and economical solution.
