1. General Provisions

1.1. Tööriistamaailm gift card is a means of payment that can be used to pay for products in the Tööriistamaailm OÜ e-shop and store.
1.2. The gift card is freely transferable and is not personal.
1.3. The gift card cannot be exchanged for money.

2. Validity Period

2.1. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the card or gift card notice.
2.2. After the expiry date, the gift card becomes invalid and the unused amount will not be refunded or extended.

3. Usage

3.1. The gift card can be used to pay for one or more purchases until the card's value is exhausted.
3.2. If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the gift card, the missing amount must be paid with another payment method.
3.3. If the purchase amount is less than the value of the gift card, the balance remains and can be used for subsequent purchases until the end of the validity period.

4. Physical Gift Card

4.1. To use a physical gift card, the card must be presented at the checkout or the code on it must be entered in the e-shop.
4.2. The card must be kept safe — its holder can use the gift card.

5. Digital Gift Card

5.1. The digital gift card is sent to the buyer's specified e-mail address.
5.2. To use the gift card, the code on the card must be entered in the e-shop.
5.3. Tööriistamaailm is not responsible for a gift card that is not delivered due to an incorrectly entered e-mail address.

6. Loss and Misuse

6.1. A lost, stolen or destroyed gift card will not be replaced or compensated.
6.2. Tööriistamaailm is not responsible for unauthorized use of the gift card.

7. Returns in the case of a purchase paid with a gift card

7.1. If a product paid for with a gift card is returned, the amount will be refunded in the form of a gift card or as a new gift card code.
7.2. Money will not be paid out in cash or by bank transfer, except in cases arising from the law.

8. Other conditions

8.1. The gift card cannot be used to purchase a new gift card, unless otherwise stated.
8.2. Tööriistamaailm OÜ has the right to change the terms of the gift card by publishing them in the e-shop.
