Inductive voltage tester YT-28313 allows to detect alternating current in electrical wires in two ranges: 48–1000 V and 12–1000 V, as well as to detect a break in a live wire.
Avoiding direct contact between the tip and the insulated wire increases the safety of use.
Voltage detection is indicated by an LED light and an audible signal.

INDUCTION METHOD
The YT-28313 blade uses the phenomenon of electromagnetic induction. When the blade is brought close to a live AC wire or the supposed location of a wire inside the wall, the green LED will start flashing and an audible signal will be heard. The stronger the intensity of the electromagnetic field, the higher the flashing frequency. The method also allows to detect a break in a live wire "contactlessly" – at the point of the break, the tester will no longer indicate voltage. Pressing the "S" button increases the sensitivity of the tester and extends its operating range.
